There is a BODY TRIM DAY followed by an EAT DAY.

On BODY TRIM DAYS you use delicious HEALTHY COOKIE™.

On EAT DAYS, you eat complete meals.

 

  DAY 1: BODY TRIM DAY

BREAKFAST & LUNCH

Eat a delicious COOKIE MEAL™ with 16 ounces of water, or your favorite non-carbonated drink for breakfast and lunch.

Then, for dinner, eat a SENSIBLE, low carbohydrate and low fat meal of your choice. Eat all the veggies you want!

Optional: Supplement 2 additional servings of fresh fruit (one piece) or vegetables (1-2 cups) throughout the day, preferably in the evening.

Drink 8- 10 glasses of water throughout the day. IMPORTANT: 4 or 5 glasses of water is not enough, you need the cleansing* effect and the fullness created by drinking large amounts of water daily.

For faster weight loss* success it is suggested on your BODY TRIM DAYS that you don't eat carbohydrates past 6 PM and your last meal before bedtime should be before 8PM.

DAY 2: EAT DAY
